Article 1: General.
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods and services offered by Naturas cheval.
Please read these Terms, our Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy (the “Data Protection Policies”) carefully before using this website. By using or placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Data Protection Policies. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions and Data Protection Policies, please do not use this website.
These Terms are subject to change. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
The elements (texts, graphic elements) of the site belong to the company Naturas cheval, the site is protected by the laws governing intellectual property. It is forbidden to reproduce it, in its form or content, in whole or in part. Article 2: Availability.

Article 3: Price and payment.

If we detect an error in the price of the product(s) you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you either to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel the order. We are not obliged to sell a product at an incorrect lower price (even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation), if the error is obvious and unambiguous and you are reasonably able to identify it as such. The prices displayed on our website include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount to be paid. Prices are subject to change at any time. However, no changes will have any effect on orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent, except as described above. After you have chosen all the products you wish to purchase, they will be added to your shopping cart. We will then process your order and you will be prompted to make the payment. To this end, you must follow the different steps of the purchase process by indicating or verifying the information required for each of them.

The offers presented by Naturas cheval are only valid while stocks last. Promotional operations and packs offered by Naturas cheval are only valid while stocks last.

The goods remain under the ownership of Naturas horse until full payment has been made. Goods will be shipped once full payment of the order has been received.
Article 6: Delivery, Shipping costs.

The products are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (working days) and delivered by Colissimo, DPD or GLS. Colissimo, DPD, or GLS shipping costs for metropolitan France are calculated according to the weight of the package.
DOM-TOM / International
Products are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (working days) and delivered by Colissimo international, DPD or GLS. Colissimo international, DPD, or GLS shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the delivery address provided and the weight of the package.
Important information:
Please check the contents and number of packages before signing the delivery note. If a package is damaged, non-compliant or incomplete, express reservations specifying the reason(s) (name of the product, quantity, detailed description of the dispute, etc.). Please note: without reservation, no compensation can be made
Article 7: Product Warranty / Liability.
The use made of the products purchased from Naturas Cheval is the responsibility of the user. The total or partial impossibility of using the products, in particular due to the incompatibility of the product ordered, cannot give rise to any compensation or reimbursement or questioning. In the event of non-compliance with the normal conditions of use or failure by the user to comply with the instructions for use, or the precautions for use, provided by Naturas cheval, Naturas cheval cannot be held liable. The Client may benefit, in certain cases, from the legal warranty against hidden defects on the products sold, under the conditions of articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.

Exceptions In accordance with the legislation in force, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in cases where the products are purchased according to the buyer’s specifications or personalised, or which, by their nature, are reshipped for hygiene reasons or likely to deteriorate such as food and food supplements, or perishable goods. On delivery, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are also at your expense, and therefore deducted from the refund.
Article 9: Delivery errors.
In the event of a delivery error made by Naturas cheval, the latter undertakes to reimburse the Client or make an exchange following a complaint relating to a delivery that does not comply with the order. In this case, the Client must make a complaint by registered mail or by email to the following address direction@naturacheval.fr. The complaint must include the Customer’s contact details, the delivery note number, the Product references, the invoice number and the reasons for the complaint. The return of products can only be accepted if they are suitable for remarketing, i.e. complete, in their original condition – new, unopened, unworn, or damaged, in their original packaging and accompanied by their accessories.
Article 10: Liability / Force majeure.
We will not be held liable for any non-performance or delay in the performance of our contractual obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code and by case law. It is understood, on the one hand, that our contractual obligations will be suspended for as long as the Force Majeure event lasts and, on the other hand, that our performance periods for the purpose of meeting these obligations will be extended for a period equivalent to that of the Force Majeure event. We will make every effort to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution that allows us to perform our contractual obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.

However, it should be noted that the internet is not a completely secure environment and the Platform cannot guarantee the security of the transmission or storage of information on the internet.
Implementation of user rights.
In accordance with the regulations applicable to personal data, users have the following rights:

The Platform reserves the right to make any changes to this clause relating to the protection of personal data at any time. The Platform will also inform users of the change by email, at least 15 days before the effective date. Article 12:
Any indication or non-indication, mention or non-mention on the packaging or container of each product prevails without any dispute or recourse to the non-exhaustive information given for information purposes only on our website. Naturas Horse allows its registered users to invite their friends to become Naturas Horse Subscriber or Registered Users at no cost to any of them. The user can make a maximum of 20 friends. Once the invitation is completed, a personal referral link will be given to him. However, invitations made by Naturas cheval employees or subsidiaries, subsidiaries or sellers who are members of the Naturas cheval platform as well as mass sponsorships will be strictly prohibited. Also, any invitation to the user’s own addresses and the creation of multiple fictitious or fake accounts is prohibited. Each invitation sent by the user to friends, family or work colleagues will be duly registered by Naturas Cheval to avoid bad practices. Gift vouchers as a referral can be used as a discount on future purchases if the user indicates it during the purchase process. The use of gift vouchers may be subject to a minimum purchase. These restrictions and minimum purchase amount will be described in the customer’s private area and it will depend on the type of gift voucher. Naturas Cheval reserves the right to suspend gift vouchers at its sole discretion and without prior notice when fraudulent use or misconduct is detected. Sending invitations between email accounts of the same person with the aim of benefiting from gift vouchers will be considered fraudulent use. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection, we inform you that all email addresses provided by the registered user, will be treated with maximum confidentiality and will have the sole purpose of sending an invitation email to register on the web, without any other purpose for Naturas horse without the consent of the holders upon prior registration as a user of the website for what any referral email will be the consequence of an action or express request of the referring user.
